As the New Earth beckons, and quietly roots, smiles from the heart are harmonious with the ongoing — though largely invisible — energy shift into higher vibrational frequencies on Earth.

During the writing of Journey Through an Open Door, I was reminded:

We suggest you find your favorite simple, unencumbered ways to play that the child in you may be reconnected with the spontaneity of laugher.  Lighten your heart and the vibration of your entire being with playfulness, laughter and humor and feel warmth surround you.  The warmth surrounding you is a reflection of the warmth within you.  Consider also that warmth becomes a spark and then a flame.  Playfulness, then, is truly creative.  It nurtures the flame which is your total expression of the light that you are.”

Can you allow the child inside yourself to play?

Can you take yourself lightly — lightly into playfulness, humor and laughter?

The most consistent access to smiles from the heart is within yourself.

Smiles from the heart enhance your experiencing of the quiet rooting of the New Earth — and, indeed, also contribute to it.
